29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, or warning line and safety monitoring system.      At this work place, employees installing roofing material on a commercial building at the height of approximately 15 feet height did not have a means of fall protection in place.

29 CFR 1926.50(d)(2):     The contents of the first-aid kit were not checked by the employer before being sent out on each job or at least weekly on each job to ensure that the expended items were replaced:    At this work place employees installing roofing materials were exposed to sharp work edges, and the employer did not ensure an adequate amount of first aid supplies was available.
