29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    The employer does not ensure that employees engaged in roofing activities on a low sloped roof with unprotected sides and edges were protected from falling 6 feet or more. This violation occurred on or about 7/17/2012, Southside of roof edge, Area N, employees who were applying pumped concrete to roof near the edge of the unprotected roof without personal fall arrest system. 						    THE SHELTON W. GREER COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS   OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD   1926.501(B)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 310266804,   CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2b, ISSUED ON 4/4/2008, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE   LOCATED AT HOUSTON. THE FINAL ORDER DATE FOR THIS CASE WAS ON 10/14/2008
