29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:    On or about 7/17/2012, at 6855 NW 70th Avenue in the city of Tamarac, FL; employees were engaged in the installation of roof tiles on a commercial roof at approximately 9'-3" above ground without any means of fall protection.    NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR THIS ITEM.
