29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:    a) 3984 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, NJ 08330: On or about July 6, 2012, employees performing tree trimming and chainsaw work were not provided with the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to: eye protection, face protection, cut resistant leg protection and cut resistant foot protection.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
