OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE    29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:    (a) Warehouse, Conveyor Line 2: On or about July 2, 2012, Employees working from a temporary elevated working platform were not provided standard railings and toeboards to protect them from falling while performing maintenance work. An employee fell approximately 23', resulting in disabling injuries.
