29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5):     The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective:      (a)  The path to ground of the receptacle on the west wall of the truck repair bay was not continueous.          When tested, the receptacle showed that the circuit was not grounded.       (b)  The path to ground on the receptacle next to the passage door on the northwest corner of the shop          was not continueous.  When tested the receptacle showed that the receptacle was not grounded.  This         receptacle is used daily by the truck mechanic.      Abatement verification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage:    (a)  The power cord to the Milwaukee Cut off Saw on the north west wall of the truck repair bay was         not protected from damage.  There were three sections of the power cord where insulated conductors         were exposed.      (a)  Abatement verification is required for this item.
