29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):  Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) 1641 Broad Street, Greensburg, Pennsylvania 15601:  On or about June 22, 2012, employees engaged in roofing activities on a two story commercial building were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
