29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    a) Mold Maintenance Shop, milling machine:  The employer had an unguarded bit on the milling machine that was being used to mill parts for the molding department, exposing employees to caught-in hazards.     b) Mold Maintenance Shop, Lathe machine:  The lathe machine was staged in the maintenance shop and was not equipped with a guard around the rotating jaws, exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
