29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which did not completely enclose that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: a) 611 Carson Drive, Bear, DE - Employees use an unguarded 220 volt, single phase Delta 10" Unisaw & Grizzly 10" table saw. The employees use the machinery daily. This exposes the employees to injuries from caught in and amputation hazards. The violation was observed on or about July 24, 2012. * ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (c)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws: a) 611 Carson Drive, Bear, DE - Employees use unguarded 220 volt, single phase Delta Unisaw & Grizzly table saw. The saws did not have guards or hoods. The employees use the machinery daily. This exposes the employees to injuries from caught in and amputation hazards. The violation was observed on or about July 24, 2012. * ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
