29 CFR 1926.20(b) (2):   The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)  On or about July 10, 2012, the employer did not ensure air monitoring was performed where employees were exposed to Carbon Monoxide produced by powered industrial trucks operating at the site, exposing employees to the hazard of inhaling noxious air contaminants.  Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that monitoring is in place when employees are potentially exposed to hazardous exhaust.
