29 CFR 1926.20(b)(3):     Machinery, tool(s), material(s), or equipment which was not in compliance with the applicable requirement(s) of 29 CFR 1926 was not prohibited, and/or was not either identified as unsafe by tagging, or locking the controls to render them inoperable, or physically removed from its place of operation.    a) Hudson Construction, Inc. dba Mark Hudson Construction, Inc. / 1901 Freeport Road, North East, PA / On or about July 27, 2012 a cord on a Milwaukee right angle drill had damage on the electrical cord that was used with a mixing attachment used for the self-leveling floor material on the main floor of the school.
