On or about Wednesday July 11, 2012 on the side of the building at 212 Railroad Ave Jackson, GA 30233; a). The employees were using the damaged stairway that was not inspected, where the tree roots separated the upper platform from the building structure. The employees used the stairway to access and egress the roof of the building at about 15 feet above the ground level.
