29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a.  On or about July 27, 2012, the employer failed to ensure employees performing assistant work on hydraulic presses such as but not limited to press number 228, 209, 221 and 222 were protected during full cycle operations.     b.  On or about July 27, 2012, the employer failed to ensure employees using the peeler tables were guarded against being caught in the point of operation.
