Hudson Construction, Inc.,-In proximity to School Library- 1901 Freeport Road, North East, PA 16128, on or about July 27, 2012, and times prior thereto:  Company employees work with or around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, ARDEX Feather Finish.  Suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not available for employees working with or around corrosive chemicals for immediate emergency use.

Hudson Construction, Inc., 1901 Freeport Road, North East, PA 16128, on or about July 27, 2012, and times prior thereto:  Company employees work with or around various types of hazardous chemicals and substances including, but not limited to, corrosive ARDEX Feather Finish underlayment, and Armstrong S-515 Clear Thin Spread Floor Tile Adhesive.  However, a list of the hazardous chemicals on site was not developed and maintained.
