29 CFR 1926.502(d):  The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system.    a)  Roof - A roofer installing a skylight on a steep-pitched roof wore a body belt as part of the company's fall protection system and was exposed to a 30 foot fall from the roof to the ground below, on or about 07/19/2012.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    a)  Roof - A roofer was not provided with fall protection training which would address the hazards associated with wearing a body belt in lieu of a safety harness while exposed to a 30 foot fall hazard, on or about 07/19/2012.
