29 CFR 1910.36(c)(3): Exit stairs that continued beyond the level on which the exit discharge is located, was not interrupted at that level by doors, partitions, or other effective means that clearly indicate the direction of travel leading to the exit discharge:    a) On or about July 27, 2012, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards in that the exit route down the stairs from the north end of the second floor stock room did not have a gate or other barrier to direct employees out of the exit door at the exit door landing. 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5):  Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):    a) On or about July 27, 2012, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards in that doors that were not exits but could have been mistaken for exits, were not marked:     1)  The door next to the bathrooms adjacent to the east-facing exit.  2)  The door on the north end of the second floor stocking area just to the east of the elevator.    3)  The second floor conference room and its various closets.
