The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: combustible aluminum and brass dust deflagration, explosion, or other fire hazards while working at or near indoor dry type dust collectors which were not adequately located or designed to prevent or minimize employee exposure in the event of a deflagration or other fire event:     (a) In the Polishing Room, two dry type bag house dust collectors (Dust Control Equipment Unimaster Type model #UMA 458C1ZAD and #UMA 458G12AD), used to collect aluminum and brass dust from belt polishing operations, were located inside the building and exposed workers to explosion, deflagration, and fire hazards.       (b) Near the front of the shop, a dry type combination cyclone and enclosureless dust collector (Hammond DusKollector #DK 1455 18894), used to collect aluminum and brass dust from various buffing operations, was located inside the building and exposed workers to explosion, deflagration, and fire hazards.     (c) Near the front of the shop, two dry type enclosureless dust collectors (Enco and Accura), used to collect aluminum and brass dust from various buffing operations, were located inside the building and exposed workers to deflagration and fire hazards.
