29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):   The employer failed to ensure that each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.     (a) Carlos Isaguirre, 1280 N. Frontage Road, Vail, CO 81657: On and before August 9, 2012, the exposing employer failed to ensure that 5 employees conducting roofing work where protected from falling by the use of approved fall protective measures.  Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 22 feet.
