29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:      A)  280 Randolph Avenue, East Rutherford - NJ: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below framing activities. The employees were not protected with hard hats or protective helmets, on or about April 30th 2012.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)        A) 280 Randolph Avenue, East Rutherford - NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while engaged in framing work on a residential structure without a means of fall protection in place, on or about April 30th 2012.      Prestige Custom Home Builders LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 312862782, Citation 01, Item 002, issued on 01/13/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 306 Main Street in Wood-Ridge, NJ.
