29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):     The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.  a. Press area - On or about September 6, 2012,  employee(s) were required to hand-feed material such as, but not limited to angle steel into the Cincinnati press brake. The Cincinnati press brake was not provided with a guard to protect employee(s) from the hazards associated unguarded points-of-operation.  b. Press area - On or about September 6, 2012, employee(s) were required to hand-feed material such as, but not limited to angle steel into the the Di-acro press brake. The Di-acro press brake was not provided with a guard to protect employee(s) from the hazards associated with unguarded points-of-operation.
