Location:  Store    On or about 8/8/12, employees are exposed to fire and entrapment hazards as a result of produce goods and materials placed in front of the exits and in the exit access to egress in the following areas;    1. Box room  exit access was restricted in two areas to 22-inches and 15-inches, by produces boxes, stationary carts, and rolling carts.  2. Back room, outside of door to Box Room  exit access was restricted to 23.5-inches, by rolling carts of bread.  3. Back room, bottom of stairway to second floor  exit access was restricted to 22-inches, by bread, food, and wine boxes.    TRADER JOES EAST, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 454513, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2, ISSUED ON JUNE 20, 2012, WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF AUGUST 6, 2012, AND A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF JULY 20, 2012.
