29 CFR 1910.134(i)(5)(iii): Sorbent beds and filters were not maintained and replaced or refurbished periodically following the manufacturer's instructions: Sand blast area: On or about August 14, 2012, the employer does not use the Bullard 41P2 filter and housing, which is designed to clean breathing air supplied by two Gardner - Denver compressors to the Nova 2000 blast hood, according to manufacturer's instructions exposing employees to the hazard of exposure to oil mist, particulates and organic vapors.
