29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer:    a) 58 Burgundy Drive Marlton, NJ: Frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment were not conducted by a competent person exposing employees to fall hazards while replacing a roof at approximately 20 feet to the ground below, on or about 7/9/12.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) 58 Burgundy Drive, Marlton, NJ: Employees working at a height greater than 20.3 feet above the ground below while installing a roof were not provided fall protection, such as, but not limited to personal fall arrest systems, guardrails or safety net systems, on or about 7/9/12.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
