29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    On August 15, 2012, employees were not protected from a fall while working from a metal frame scaffold, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 24.5 feet above grade.    GTO Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in inspection number 311252340, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2008, with respect to a work place located at 610 Prospect Ave. Elmhurst, Illinois 60126.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
