29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about Friday August 17, 2012 at the 1430,1434 and 1438 series building Highway 20 West McDonough, GA 30253;    a). An employee working 25 feet above the lower level while installing flashing did not use his lanyard to tie off to protect from a fall hazard.
