On or about September 22, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees and subcontractor employees were working around disturbed asbestos containing materials analyzed to contain 54% to 90% chrysotile asbestos.  The building management did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing materials, thereby exposing the employees and subcontractor employees to the hazards associated with asbestos.
