29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(2)(i): Building and facility owners shall determine the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM at the work site. Employers and building and facility owners shall exercise due diligence in complying with these requirements to inform employers and employees about the presence and location of ACM and PACM.    a. On or about September 22, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees and subcontractor employees were working around disturbed asbestos containing materials analyzed to contain 54% to 90% chrysotile asbestos.  The building management did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing materials, thereby exposing the employees and subcontractor employees to the hazards associated with asbestos.

On or about September 22, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees and subcontractor employees were working around disturbed asbestos containing materials analyzed to contain 54% to 90% chrysotile asbestos.  The building management did not maintain as free as practicable disturbed asbestos, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with disturbed asbestos.
