A portable eye wash facility had been purchased and delivered, but not installed.     1 - JCP Enterprises, Inc./DBA Jersey Paper Plus was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 310150040, Citation 1,  Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 18, 2008 with respect to a workplace located at 50 Northfield Ave. Edison, New Jersey 08837.    Observed on/or about 8/23/2012.
