29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     a/ JPC Enterprises/Edison NJ Site - An eye was facility was not immediately available for use where employees are required to check powered industrial truck battery fluid levels on a weekly basis.  A portable eye wash facility had been purchased and delivered, but not installed.     1 - JCP Enterprises, Inc./DBA Jersey Paper Plus was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 310150040, Citation 1,  Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 18, 2008 with respect to a workplace located at 50 Northfield Ave. Edison, New Jersey 08837.    Observed on/or about 8/23/2012.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(iii):  An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance was not conducted at least once every three years:    a/ JPC Enterprises/Edison NJ Site - Warehouse: The last documented forklift training was provided in August 2006 amd expired in August 2009.  An evaluation of that training was not done.  Employees are required to operate electrically powered "Reach" forklift trucks and electrically powered hand jacks - "Walkie-Rider" type.    1 - JCP Enterprises, Inc./DBA Jersey Paper Plus was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.178(l)(4)(iii), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 310150040, Citation 1,  Item Number 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on January 18, 2008 with respect to a workplace located at 50 Northfield Ave. Edison, New Jersey 08837.    Observed on/or about 8/23/2012.
