29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  On the big hanger roof, on or about August 23, 2012 and at times prior to, the employer did not provide any means of fall protection an employee who was performing roofing work on a 5:12 sloped metal roof, resulting in a 22 fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):     The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    On the big hanger roof, on or about August 23, 2012 and at times prior to, the employer did not provide fall protection training for an employee who was performing roofing work on a 5:12 sloped metal roof, resulting in a 22 fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    a) At the big hanger, on or about August 23, 2012 and at times prior to,  the employer did develop or implement a hazard communication program for an employee who was exposed to water-based paints, resulting in a chemical hazard.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
