29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrails systems, safety nets systems or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented.       This violation most recently occurred on August 22, 2012 at a workplace located at 1217 Arbor Park, Allen Texas; at least two (2) employees, who were roofing the residential house, were not protected from falling approximately 9-feet 9-inches to the lower level.
