29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):     Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:    a) Outside of residential structure: On August 10, 2012 and at times prior thereto a worker performed siding activities on a ladder jack scaffold system with out a fall protection system in place.  The worker was exposed to a 19 foot fall hazard to the ground below.      Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
