29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 307 Auto Park Dr. Middletown, DE The employee was working on top of a switch gear cabinet, approximately 7 feet, 6 inches above the ground, without the use of any PFAS, exposing the employee to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet. This violation was observed on or about July 17, 2012.
