29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:    a) Roof area of medical clinic: On August 16, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were installing new roofing on a 3 inches in 12 inches low slope roof without fall protection.    Note: Abatement documentation and certification are required for this item.        Pete Hall, Dba Pete Hall Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent standard that was contained in OSHA Inspection #467600 Citation # 1 Item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on July 17, 2012, with respect to the work site at 2231 Selway Street Twin Falls, Idaho.
