29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a/ John Mini Distinctive Landscapes, Ltd./150 Victory Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10304: Employee(s) engaged in landscaping activities, approx. 15 ft. from the ground floor, were not using any type of fall protection system to protect them from falling.    Condition observed on/or about 8/28/12.
