29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b). Note:  If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.    a) Northwest corner of structure, 2nd level; On or about 8/29/2012 and at times prior thereto, two employees performing wood framing were walking on/working from the top of a wall without a means of fall protection.    Note: Abatement certification and documentation is NOT required for this item.    Doug Price dba Price Framing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection 96897, Citation 1, Item 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/2/2011 with respect to a workplace located at Lot 7, Block 9, Silver Leaf, Meridian, ID.
