29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6):     Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).Note:  Specify distances as indicated in table in paragraph (f)(6) of this section.    At this workplace, employees involved in construction of a metal building were elevated by a Genie GTH-5519 and platform.  Employees installed metal exterior wall panels less than 10 feet from a neutral power line which could potentially carry 7,200VAC.
