29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:    (a) Facility, 30th & AVRR, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about 08/31/12, there were two 55 gallon drums, blue in color, that were not tagged or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings.  The employer stated that the drums contained windshield fluid but there were no labels or other markings to indicate this.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a) Facility, 30th & AVRR, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about 08/31/12, a quad receptacle installed on the wall at the #62 dock was damaged and some of the knockouts missing.  Employees use the receptacle to power lights when loading/unloading in this area exposing them to potential electrical shock hazards.
