29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):     Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level.     West Jobsite - On or about August 31, 2012 employees were installing an exterior insulation finishing system while working from a scaffold with no guardrailing.  Employees were exposed to a fall of of 11 feet 09 inches.
