29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: Throughout the Building on Each Floor - Temporary lights with missing light bulbs were not located in such a manner to prevent accidental contact by employees exposing them to a potential electrical shock. A foreman and a HVAC mechanic were working in the hallways where the temporary light stings with missing light bulbs were hanging approximately 5 feet above the floor.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): All lamps for general illumination shall be protected from accidental contact or breakage. Metal-case sockets shall be grounded: Throughout the Building on Each Floor - Temporary lights were not protected from accidental contact or breakage. A foreman and a HVAC mechanic were working in the hallways where the temporary light stings with missing protective covers and were hanging approximately 5 feet above the floor.
