29 CFR 1926.760(c)(3): The boundaries of a CDZ were not designated and clearly marked. The CDZ was more than 90 feet (27.4 m) wide and 90 (27.4 m) feet deep from any leading edge. The CDZ shall be marked by the use of control lines or the equivalent:    a)  On or about September 7, 2012 and at times prior thereto at the worksite; employees were performing decking operations on a roof that had no designation of where the CDZ began and ended.
