29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    a) Employee(s) of the roofing contractor worked atop a single-family house at 316 N. Main Street in Milltown installing a new shingle roof.  The worker(s) were not protected from falls of 18 ft from the main roof, and between 8 ft and 14 ft from the garage roof, through the use of personal fall arrest system(s), guardrails, nets or alternate effective means.    The condition(s) were noted on or about 9/11/2012.
