29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):     A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    On or about or dates prior to September 12, 2012 at the job site located at 8371 N St. Clair Ave in Kansas City, MO employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that they were working in an aerial repairing electrical wiring, without having a harness on and attached to the basket.
