Condition observed on or about September 12, 2012.

29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made:    a) Perfumania Holdings DBA Parlux Fragrances, LLC - Keasbey, NJ - Southeast corner of warehouse: Aisles and passageways were not kept clear where mechanical handling equipment was used. The last seven aisles of the facility were blocked by pallets of product.    Condition observed on or about September 12, 2012.
