29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    a) Dude Rancher Lodge: On September 14, 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to chemical hazards due to not having a written hazard communications program part of which requires training of employees. Employee(s) were using chemical products without any training including but not limited to ZEP Calcium, Lime & Rust stain remover and Daley International Grease Off. Both of these products have a pH of 13 or higher and may cause burns or permanent blindness.

29 CFR 1904.32(a):     The employer did not ensure that at the end of the year an annual summary of injuries and illnesses on the OSHA 300 Log was created, certified and posted.     a) Dude Rancher Lodge: The employer failed to create, certify and post an annual summary of injuries and illnesses. This was to be completed at the end of the 2011 calendar year and be posted for employees to view from February 1, 2012 to April 30, 2012.
