29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):     Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket:    a) Jobsite: 5600 Jackson Street, Bartholomew's Church, Roof.  An employee working from an aerial lift approximately 30 feet above ground level was not standing firmly on the floor of the basket. The employee's torso was leaning outside the basket of an aerial lift JLG model 660 SJ while he had both feet on the midrail to paint a cross on the roof. Observed on or about 07/12/12.

Observed on or about 07/12/12.      Note:  As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.
