29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: In the Hardboiled Department, Multi-Vac Area: The guard on the Multi-Vac R530 did not fully provide protection to employees working on the machine. The guards were bent on the sides exposing internal sprockets and chain drives and were affixed to the machine with wingnuts allowing employees to easily remove the guards for the purposes of a required end of shift cleaning.
