29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(iii):     Select PPE that properly fits each affected employee.     Warehouse - On or about September 19, 2012 an employee operates a Raymond cherry picker while using a size extra large DBI safety harness. The employee is 5 feet 04 inches in height. The safety harness leg straps do not fit the employee legs properly exposing the employee to a fall of 20 feet.
