The actual strength of the anchorage was unknown by the employer exposing the worker to injury during a fall, on or about September 19, 2012.  b) 425 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA: Two workers performing roofing work along the edge of a flat roof that was approximately 15 feet above the ground were using a fall arrest system that had been anchored to the curb of a roof vent. The actual strength of the anchorage was unknown by the employer exposing the workers to injury during a fall, on or about September 19, 2012.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
