29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  a) 425 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA: Two workers on a flat roof with an unprotected side approximately 15 feet above the ground were not protected from falling, on or about September 19, 2012.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED  HUNTER ROOFING CORP WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS SAME OCCUPATION SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION STANRDARD OR ITS EQUIVELENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314159336, CITATION 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON 11/4/10. THIS ITEM WAS ABATED ON 11/9/10 AND BECAME A FINAL ORDER ON 11/10/10.
