JOSE MORENO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314179235, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 12/02/2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10715 GARLAND ROAD, DALLAS, TEXAS 75218 AND 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313619454, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 08/23/2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3001 SOUTH LOOP 289, LUBBOCK, TEXAS 79423.
