29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):  Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    This violation most recently occurred on September 20, 2012; at a workplace located at 4690 McDermott Road, Plano, Texas at least two employees without fall protection worked from the roof, and were exposed to a fall of up to approximately 10-feet.
