29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    At 5656 McClelland Drive, Baton Rouge, LA (Autumn Place project); the employer did not have a written hazard communication program for employees using hazardous chemical products in the workplace. This condition was determined on or about September 12, 2012, where employees installing floor tile were exposed to chemical products such as Mapei Ultraflex-1 tile mortar and grout containing hazardous ingredients such as, but not limited to, silica sand and Portland cement.
